By accessing or using Trevance ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
Trevance provides marketing operations software, including campaign orchestration, attribution reporting, and pipeline analytics.
3. Subscription & payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use of the Service
- No attempts to reverse-engineer or resell the Service without authorization
5. Data ownership
You retain ownership of the data you upload or connect to Trevance.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trevance Group LLC's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
